Shipping

Please understand that once an item is shipped, it is no longer in my control. You will be provided tracking with your orders. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. 
Please be aware turn around time (TAT) does not include shipping time. 

Returns

All items are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be processed. If you put a down payment down on an order and you do not complete full payment within 7 days you are forfeiting your order and deposit. 

Product Issues

If there is an issue with your product that was done on my behalf, please reach out to me within 24 hours of delivery at hnsexclusive1922@gmail.com. You must include your order number in the subject of the email. Please include pictures and a well detailed description of what is wrong.
